Delete from the BiAmro app

The fastest way to delete your account is directly from the app. The request is processed immediately and no further action is required.

Open the BiAmro app Sign in with the account you want to delete.
Go to Profile → Settings Tap your profile picture, then open the Settings menu.
Select "Delete Account" You'll find it under the Account section.
Confirm your request Review the notice, confirm, and your account deletion will begin.

Delete by email

If you can no longer access the app, you can request deletion by email instead:

Send a message to support@biamro.com from the email address linked to your account.
Use the subject line "Delete my account" and include the phone number registered with BiAmro.
We may contact you to verify your identity before processing the request.

Verification keeps you safe. We only delete an account after confirming the request comes from its owner, so no one can remove your account without your permission.

What happens to your data

When your deletion request is confirmed, we remove your account and the personal information associated with it:

Deleted — your profile, contact details, saved addresses, photos, messages, and account preferences.
Deleted for providers — your service listings, skills, and uploaded verification documents.
Retained where required — limited records such as transaction and dispute history may be kept to meet legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, and safety obligations. These are anonymized or deleted once no longer required.

How long it takes

Your account is deactivated as soon as the request is confirmed and is no longer accessible. Personal data is permanently erased from our active systems within 30 days, and from backups within the normal backup rotation thereafter.

Before you delete

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Complete or cancel any active jobs and settle outstanding payments first.
To use BiAmro again later, you'll need to create a new account.
